Will it work for all rivers so that it is added to the rainfall correction multiplier set for each river?

[project] is [Rainfall correction magnification] [rivers] applied if the rainfall correction factor for each is not set.
Therefore, there is no top-up effect as you pointed out.
Use this for example, if you want to specify the same value for the entire watershed.
