Can I import river channel data (floor plans, cross-sections)?

It's possible.
It corresponds to the set of "section data" and "distance marker data" set forth in the Guidelines for Creating Periodic River Cross-Section Data. Create a CSV file of kui.csv and oudan.csv for one river. For more information, please refer to Technical Reference/River Models/Importing Cross-Section Data.
Alternatively, you can import section geometry data for each section. In this case, create one section data (.csv) for each section. For details, please refer to Manual/ Project/ Flowing Flood River/ Data/ Cross-sectional Line/ Cross-sectional Shape/Cross-Section Print/Import/Export.
