FAQ/ Error message "Unable to open log file"¶
When exporting maximum envelopes, the following error message appears:
Unable to open log file
In the menu > Flood Simulation > Export > Export Maximum Envelopes, we specified the following file.
- BP001 .fsxidx
- BP002 .fsxidx
- BP003 .fsxidx

If the log file extension contains a space before it, processing is not possible.
Remove the space before the extension of the log file.
For example, fix it as follows:
- BP001.fsxidx
- BP002.fsxidx
- BP003.fsxidx
