Event Report¶
DioVISTA hands-on seminar was held in Tokyo on January 26 and 29, 2018.
It was our first DioVISTA hands-on seminar. Thanks to you, we were able to receive favorable reviews from 100% of the customers who visited the event, saying that they were "satisfied" and "somewhat satisfied".
We would like to express our gratitude once again to everyone who came to the event despite their busy schedules.
We will continue to plan seminars that will be useful to everyone in the future, so thank you very much.

Prior to the seminar, you can get a feel for the operation with the DioVISTA/ Flood free version, and the practical training on the day will be smooth.

A maximum of 3 people per corporation or branch.
On the day of the event, we will prepare one PC for each corporation / branch.
If the capacity is reached, the application will be closed.

Greeting¶
Since December last year, we have been providing the free version of DioVISTA/Flood, a software that supports the creation of flood prediction area maps, free of charge, and many people have already downloaded it.
In response to the great response, we have decided to hold a free seminar using the DioVISTA/Flood Pro version for professionals involved in the creation of flood area maps.
In this seminar, you will experience the operation of DioVISTA/Flood and the creation of a flood prediction area map. Although the practical training is only one hour, you will actually take in the actual river channel data, edit the ground height, set embankments and culverts, set the breakage conditions, calculate flooding, prepare envelope maps, and prepare deliverables in accordance with the "Guidelines for Digitization of Flood Area Map Data (2nd Edition)" for actual rivers.
At the seminar, an engineer who has been involved in the development of DioVISTA/Flood for many years will give an explanation. We understand that you are busy, but we sincerely look forward to your participation.
